Paul oversees the financial, legal, and people functions that keep Zitro running cleanly across two jurisdictions — the Philippine corporation and the US LLC. He owns vendor agreements, compliance posture, payroll, and the policies that protect both clients and staff.
Jose leads new business at Zitro. He works directly with prospective clients to understand the operational gap they’re trying to close, then designs the engagement model that fits — dedicated, part-time, or project-based.
Zia partners with Jose on the sales team, focused on outreach, partnerships, and the early-stage conversations that turn into long-term client relationships.
