The challenge

Top agents shouldn’t be doing transaction grunt work.

A typical residential transaction generates 80+ documents, 30+ deadlines, and dozens of stakeholder touchpoints. Multiply that by an active pipeline and your top producers are spending half their week on coordination, not closing.

Hiring a full-time TC or listing assistant locally costs $55K–$80K loaded, takes weeks to fill, and falls apart when volume spikes. A poorly-trained offshore VA misses deadlines, loses contracts, and damages relationships you spent years building.

Zitro pairs you with real estate-trained specialists who know your CRM, your jurisdiction’s forms, and the rhythm of a deal — and we backstop them with redundancy so a sick day never costs you a closing.

Questions, answered

Real Estate & Property FAQ.

Will my TC use my CRM and document system?
Yes. Specialists work in your CRM, your transaction-management platform, and your document system using credentials you provision. No client data is stored on their endpoint.
How do you handle MLS access?
MLS credentials remain in your control. Specialists access through your shared agent or assistant logins as your local rules allow. We train each new specialist on your specific MLS rules and forms.
What about state-specific contracts?
During onboarding, we build SOPs around your jurisdiction’s standard forms, addenda, and timelines. The specialist becomes fluent in your local pack within their first 14 days.
Can I have one specialist support multiple agents?
Absolutely. Most brokerages start with a shared coordinator covering 4–8 agents and graduate top producers to dedicated support as volume justifies.
What happens during peak season?
For seasonal businesses, we plan capacity in advance — temporary surge specialists from the bench, longer shifts, or a quick pod expansion. We do not let volume break service.
Is this allowed under my brokerage compliance?
Specialists handle administrative and coordination work only. Anything requiring a real estate license remains with your licensed agents. We help your compliance team review the engagement scope upfront.
